Shipping and Delivery Information

The following applies to shipping and delivery within the United States only. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the invoice. UPS or FedEx ground delivers all shipments unless otherwise requested by the purchaser, or otherwise noted as a truck freight service item when placing your order. Additional charges may apply to some items that are considered to fall into the "Overweight" or "Oversized" category by the ground parcel services. You will always be notified before the order is processed if extra charges apply.

Same Day Shipping

All items ordered that are stocked merchandise will ship the same day if the order is received by 2:00 pm PST Monday –Friday. You can expect your order to be delivered within 4-5 working days if you are live in the Eastern time zone, 3-4 working days for those in the Central time zone, 2-3 working days for the Mountain time zone and 1-2 working days for all Pacific time zone addressees.

Air Shipments

If you want your merchandise delivered sooner, you may choose to receive your order via next-day air or 2nd-day air. Charges for this method of delivery will be added to your invoice.

Drop Shipment Directly From the Factory

There are some products that may be custom ordered to your specifications. They are shipped directly from the manufacturer and normally ship between 3-4 weeks from the date the order is processed. You will always be notified if the method of shipment is other than either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

Truck Freight Service

Some products may be of a certain nature that requires delivery by either truck freight service or moving van delivery. Additional charges may apply. For inside delivery, add $50. If a lift gate is required for offloading, add $100.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in an unused condition in the original shipping container with a copy of the invoice. All items must be in their original packaging with appropriate paperwork enclosed. Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective, or has been damaged during shipment. Some items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call our Returns Department at 1-800-699-4994 to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Upon receipt of goods, carefully inspect each carton for damage. Have the driver note damages on the delivery receipt. Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If product is damaged, do not discard the packaging material; call our Returns Department for further assistance at (800) 699-4994.
